Refund Policy

PhotoToDance uses a pay-as-you-go wallet model. You top up credits, generate videos in Studio, and pay only when a job completes successfully.

1. Wallet credit refunds

Unused wallet balance may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original top-up date. Refunds apply to credit that has not been spent on completed generation jobs.

Credits used for successfully completed videos are generally non-refundable, since GPU compute and storage costs are incurred at generation time.

2. How to request a refund

Email us with your account details:

  • Contact support — email [email protected] with your account email, top-up date, payment method, and reason for the request.
  • Include transaction details — for crypto top-ups, include your NOWPayments order ID; for GCash top-ups, include the reference number you submitted.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds within the 30-day window are generally granted when:

  • You have unused wallet balance and no longer need the Service
  • A top-up was processed in error (duplicate payment, wrong amount)
  • The Service experienced persistent technical issues we could not resolve

Refunds may be declined or partially granted when:

  • The 30-day period has expired
  • Credits were already spent on completed generation jobs
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions

4. Failed jobs

If a generation job fails, reserved credits are released back to your wallet automatically. You are never charged for failed jobs. No refund request is needed for failed-job credit releases.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method where possible. Crypto refunds are sent to the originating wallet; GCash refunds are processed manually. Refunds typically complete within 5–14 business days.

6. Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
