AI Suite Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PhotoToDance operates phototodance.com. For AI Suite data requests, contact [email protected].

2. What data we collect

2.1 Account data (Google OAuth)

When you sign in with Google we receive and store your Google subject identifier, name, email, and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not receive your Google password.

2.2 Generation job data

For Studio and Image Editor jobs we may log:

• Account ID and email
• Prompts and selected settings (e.g. seed, size)
• Input and output object URLs on Cloudflare R2
• Job status, errors, reserved/charged credits
• Client IP address and timestamps
• For Image Editor: provider task identifiers used server-side for polling (not exposed in the public user UI)

2.3 Biometric / likeness data

Reference photos and character images may include faces. By uploading and accepting the NSFW / AI Suite consent, you consent to transmission of those images to inference providers solely to generate your requested output, and to storage of related URLs in our systems for delivery and abuse prevention.

2.4 Payment data

Card/PayPal checkout is processed by Payhip; crypto by NOWPayments. We do not store full card numbers. We store payment intents, amounts, credit grants, and provider transaction references needed for accounting and fraud prevention. Manual GCash proofs may be reviewed by SuperAdmins.

2.5 Technical data

Session cookies required for authentication, basic device/browser information, and security logs. We do not use advertising cookies on AI Suite pages.

3. How we use data

• Authenticate sessions and enforce revoked-account / SuperAdmin roles
• Run generation jobs and route media to AI providers
• Reserve, charge, and refund wallet credits according to product rules
• Store and deliver account-associated uploads and outputs through Cloudflare R2 object URLs
• Detect abuse, fraud, and prohibited content
• Provide support and comply with law

We do not sell your personal data or use generation content for advertising profiles.

4. Sharing and processors

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service:

• Cloudflare — Workers, Pages, D1, R2
• RunPod / GPU hosts — Studio video inference
• MuleRouter — Spicy Image Editor inference
• Google — OAuth identity
• Payhip / NOWPayments — payments

Data may be processed in the United States, Singapore, or other regions where these providers operate. Where required by law we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms.

5. Retention

• Job media & job records — retained while needed to deliver the Service, support disputes, and prevent abuse; we may purge inactive media periodically
• Account & ledger / purchase records — retained for the life of the account and as required for financial/legal compliance
• IP addresses in job rows — retained with the job record for security

Exact purge schedules may change as we automate retention; contact us for a deletion request.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data by emailing [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days. You may withdraw consent for further Image Editor use by stopping use and requesting deletion; media already sent to providers for completed jobs cannot always be recalled from those providers.

7. Children’s privacy

The AI Suite is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us immediately for account termination and deletion.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, session cookies, account access controls, Cloudflare R2 object storage, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Report suspected incidents to [email protected].

9. Updates

We may update this Policy by revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
