Common questions

What counts as one video?

One completed motion-copy generation in Studio — reference MP4 plus character image, output 720×1280 vertical MP4. Failed jobs are not charged when credits were only reserved.

How does billing work?

Add funds to your wallet (minimum $5). When you start a job, credits are reserved; when it completes, the final amount is charged. Unused balance stays in your wallet.

What payment methods are supported?
